Section 1 - Items
Q: I want this specific color/design, will I get it?
A: That depends on the item. Most items will come with random colors/designs. Some however you can choose a color/design for and if you can it will always be noted on the item listing.
Q: Should I specify a design/color for an item that doesn’t say I can choose?
A: Yes! While designs will come randomly there is always the chance I’ll get the color/design that you want and this way I’ll know when packaging.
Q: The item I ordered said I could choose the color/design but I ended up getting the wrong color/design
A: Very rarely your color/design choice will simply go out of stock and my supplier will send the closest matching color. It’s not something that happens often but it does sometimes happen so keep that in mind when ordering.
Q: Does the item come with all the colors/designs shown or is it just for one individual piece?
A: Unless otherwise specified every item listing is for one piece. If it comes with more than one there will usually be a word like “Set” in the title or I’ll add a note under the item name about the amount that comes with the listing.
Q: Are the items in-stock?
A: I do not physically have any of the items in my possession unless they are in the ecwid store under in-stock. The items are all ordered through my supplier.
Q: Will you ever have this item in-stock?
A: I don’t know. I don’t specifically order items to put in-stock. In-stock items are usually samples sent by my supplier or from unpaid orders.
Q: Can you get ______ item?
A: Only if my supplier gets them. My supplier does not take requests for items, she sells what the factories she partners with make. Therefore I can not take requests for any items.
Section 2 - Shipping
Q: When will my items be shipped?
A: Items will typically be shipped approximately 2 ½ weeks after the end of an order period.
Q: How do you ship items?
A: Everything will be shipped First Class Mail via USPS or Priority Mail via USPS in the case of large orders unless you request otherwise.
Q: Will you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I’m completely willing to ship anywhere in the world. Just understand that the shipping rates will be higher than if you lived in the United States.
Q: How do you calculate shipping costs?
A: Shipping is calculated based on the estimated weight of your package. It could range anywhere from $3 to $11 for domestic orders.
Q: What if my package gets lost in the mail?
A: I will not be held responsible for any lost packages unless you choose to purchase delivery confirmation and insurance.
Q: What is delivery confirmation and how much does it cost?
A: Delivery confirmation is an option for domestic orders that acts like a tracking number. It costs $1. On the shipped list posted on the store there will be a number posted in parenthesis next to your name. You can input this number onto the tracking page on usps.com to recieve tracking information for you package. Again please note that this is only available for domestic orders.
Q: I’m an international order but there is a number next to my name in parenthesis. I thought I didn’t get delivery confirmation?
A: The number next to your name is the number from your customs slip. It can also be used to track on usps.com. The amount of tracing information you will get after it leaves the United States will vary depending on your country.
Q: What is insurance and what does it cost?
A: Insurance covers lost and damaged packages. It starts at $2 but varies depending on the value of your order.
Q: I live in Brazil and I never recieved my package.
A: I will not be held responsible for any lost packages sent to Brazil.
Section 3 - Ordering
Q: When can I place an order?
A: Orders will be accepted during open Order Periods.
Q: What is an Order Period?
A: Order Periods (formally known as batches) are simply that, periods of time when orders are accepted.
Q: How long is an Order Period open?
A: An Order Period is typically open for around one month.
Q: Will you order my item(s) as soon as you receive my order?
A: No I will not. All order received during an Order Period will be placed at the end of the Order Period.
Q: Can I order this item?
A: If it’s listed on the store and the spreadsheet then yes you can order it.
Q: Do you accept personal orders?
Yes I will. Just send me an email and we can discuss details. I am currently not accepting personal orders at this time.
Q: How do I place an order for an in-stock item?
A: The link for the in-stock page will lead you to a shopping cart service called Ecwid. You will be able to add the items you want to your cart and then go through a checkout process.
Q:Can I combine an in-stock order with my order during an Order Period?
A: For the sake of preventing many headaches on my end no you can not.
Q: What do you mean when you say we have to confirm our order?
A: When I email you a shipping quote you need to reply and agree to it. By agreeing to the shipping price you are confirming your order.
Section 4 - Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept paypal, concealed cash, and money orders.
Q: What is concealed cash?
A: Concealed Cash (or CC for short) is when you take your money, wrap it in a piece of paper to conceal it, and then put it in an envelope and mail it to me. You can see a handy guide here.
Q: My concealed cash payment never reached you! what do I do?
A: I’m not responsible for any lost payments, send at your own risk.
Q: How do I know if you’ve received my payment?
A: I post all received concealed cash and money order payments. You can click on the CC Received page link to view all received payment. If you sent payment through paypal you can always check your paypal account to see if payment went through.
Q: Why don’t you accept checks?
A: I don’t want to risk having a check bounce on me. If you don’t want to risk sending cash through the mail try a money order instead.
Q: Why don’t you accept bank transfers?
A: I’ve found that most people in the United States don’t like to use them and it costs quite a bit extra to send an international bank transfer so it just doesn’t get used. If for whatever reason you still would like to pay via bank transfer however just let me know and I will be happy to accept it.
Q: Do you accept foreign currencies?
A: No, I will only accept USD, no exceptions.
Q: Do you accept coins?
A: No I don’t.
Q: Where do I send my payment?
A: After you confirm your order I will reply with details on where to send your payment.
Q: What happens if you don’t get my payment by before the end of the Order Period?
A: If you are paying by concealed cash/money order I will move your order to the next Order Period. If I haven’t received your payment by the end of the next Order Period you will be blacklisted. If you are paying by paypal I will blacklist you.
Q: What is the commission fee and do I have to pay it?
A: The commission fee is a one dollar fee that gets tacked on to the end of every order. I don’t charge much for the items and try to keep prices low so the commission fee is how I make money. You must pay it.
Section 5 - Other
Q: What is does it mean if we’re blacklisted?
A: It means you can no longer place an order during Order Periods. I can’t trust you to send in your payment. You can still place in-stock orders but that is it.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds will only be offered under specific circumstances. If you package is lost/damaged and you purchased deliver confirmation and insurance I will refund your order total not including the amount spent for shipping. If an item goes out of stock I will include a refund for the item with your order. Except for refunds sent with orders all refunds will only be made by paypal.
Q: Who are you?
A: My name is Linda and I’m a 23 year old girl from New Jersey. I’m currently enrolled in community college pursuing a degree in graphic design with a goal of going into pre-press. I love cute things and my favorite color is pink. I enjoy crafting and run an Etsy store for resin jewelry and rhinestone cellphone cases called Pink Milkshake Kiss. I greatly enjoy (ok fine am obsessed with) kpop. I have one younger sister, and have 3 cats, 2 horses, a dog, and a hamster. I currently live at home with my parents.
